Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer support via email and social media channels

  • Online order fulfillment and shipping

  • Creating and participating in new product designs

  • Marketing and promotions of our products

  • Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity expectations

  • Communicate with Team Leads and/or Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues

  • Suggest improvements to enhance company communications (i.e. FAQ, Website)

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Have an interest in fashion

  • Punctual and consistent attendance is required

  • Must be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Solid problem-solving skills

  • Customer service oriented and solution focused

  • Most importantly, we desire to find someone who is creative and can have fun while working with us!

Requirements: 

  • Our HQ is in South San Francisco, California

  • Reliable transportation

  • Available Monday-Friday, weekends and holiday's as needed.
