RETURNS
We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a hassle-free refund or exchange within 30 days from the date when you got your package. Returned jewelry must be in its original condition, include gift boxes, satin pouches, sku barcodes, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. You have 30 days to contact us for assistance. Please note, we do not cover the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be borne by customers. Please ensure returned item is shipped via a trackable shipping method. If you don't use a trackable shipping service, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned parcel is lost in transit, ROSCE should not be held accountable. All sale items are final, non-refundable, only applicable for exchange. Request for return and full refund for sale item will not be entertained under any circumstances. If you need further clarification, write in to us at hello@roscejewelers.com 

EXCHANGES
Please shop carefully and confirm the color, length and number of quantity before you place your order. Free exchanges are not applicable because it is ROSCE's business policy to not resell returned items due to hygiene reasons. An exchange fee of $10 fee per item will be charged to cover restocking, handling and shipping fees. Please note, we do not cover the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be borne by customers. Please ensure returned item is shipped via a trackable shipping method. If you don't use a trackable shipping service, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned parcel is lost in transit, ROSCE should not be held accountable. If your product is less than perfect upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send a photo to hello@roscejewelers.com, and our customer support will get back to you with a solution. 

CANCELLATION
We'd like to inform customers that all changes to orders must be made known to us via email at hello@roscejewelers.com as soon as possible, preferably within 2 hours from the time the order is placed as we strive to dispatch all our orders as soon as possible on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled upon request as our fulfilment team works very quickly in processing all the orders. If your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to cancel the order. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $20 to cover restocking, handling and shipping fees, which could be waived. All refunds made for the cancelled order will incur a $14 processing and payment service fee charged by the payment gateway. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item(s) is damaged during transit please contact your local post office immediately (within 24 hours) for further assistance, then contact us at hello@roscejewelers.com. Any request for return of damaged items after 48 hours from the time you got your package will not be entertained under any circumstances. ROSCE offers a lifetime warranty which covers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services. ITEM NOT RECEIVED
ROSCE is not responsible for any delivery that is lost or stolen in-transit. If you receive a notification from us or the courier company that your parcel has been successfully delivered but you did not receive anything, kindly proceed to file for theft with the courier company within 24 hours.
