The mission of Rosce Jewelers is to provide the highest quality products and customer service. We want to ensure you're happy with your jewelry, from the day you take it home and all through the years to come. That's why we offer warranties and guarantees to protect your precious jewelry. 

Rosce Jewelers offers a lifetime warranty which covers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services. In addition to the lifetime warranty, Rosce Jewelers provides a 30-day warranty for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a hassle free refund, replacement, or an exchange. Returned jewelry needs to include gift boxes, satin pouches, sku barcodes, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. The same is for manufacturing defects. It covers the quality of diamonds, metal, total carat weight, gemstones, and craftsmanship. All sale items are only applicable for exchange. 

DIAMONDS

Rosce Jewelers guarantees that all premium manmade diamonds sold are authentic and genuine. Each diamond is hand selected and carefully inspected by gemologists before setting. When selecting diamonds, there is a high and low range of the color and clarity grades combination. Rosce Jewelers guarantees that each diamond will always be in the higher range.

METAL STAMPS

All items ordered from Rosce Jewelers will include a stamp placed discreetly in area that will not interfere with the design. The stamp indicates the metal type of the item ordered. Generally, the stamps will be placed on the inside of the band of a ring, on the bail of a pendant, the post or setting of the earring setting, or on the clasp of a necklace or bracelet. All jewelry stamps placed by Rosce Jewelers adhere to strict guidelines set by the Federal Trade Commission.

TOTAL CARAT WEIGHTS

The total carat weight represents the sum of all the diamonds and gems weights set in the jewelry item. In some cases, the diamond(s) / gem(s) that are received may weigh slightly more or less than the ordered weight. The Federal Trade Commission permits jewelry manufactures to fulfill orders with a precise range associated to the total carat weight fractions. 

GEMSTONES

Gemstones weight is measured in carats. Similar gemstone dimensions may have different densities and yield different carat weights. For instance, a 6.5mm round sapphire may be heavier or lighter than a similar size emerald gemstone.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

Rosce Jewelers will cover the cost of repair in case of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period. Rosce Jewelers covers a courtesy inspection and provide a resolution in the event of a manufacturing defect. Rosce Jewelers Warranty does not cover improper handling, wearing, storage, negligence, wear and tear, accidents, that may result but not limited to chipped stones, loose or lost stones, bent mountings, and scratches or other factors that occurred not due to manufacturing defects of the original craftsmanship. Rosce Jewelers can also provide repair services of its own jewelry of all issues described above outside its warranty. In such cases, contact a Rosce Jewelers jewelry specialist to arrange the return and cost estimate.

THIRD PARTY LIMITATION

Any alteration of the piece of jewelry by a third party individual unrelated to Rosce Jewelers and its affiliates, will void the warranty. The alteration includes, but is not limited to cleaning, polishing, resizing, repairing, stone replacement, engraving, stamping, and metal plating.
