ROSCE products are Vermeil jewelry. It is 925 sterling silver that have been expertly plated with gold, known in American English by the French term "vermeil". A product can only be marked as "vermeil' if the sterling silver base is plated with gold of not less than 10 carat fineness, that is of substantial thickness and a minimum thickness equivalent to 2.5 microns of fine gold.

Sizing guides (bracelet, necklace, ring) are available in the website for customers’ perusal. All the measurements follow the standard jewelry metrics. Please refer to our Jewelry Size Chart page in our website. Please shop carefully and confirm the length and dimension of each item before you place your order. PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards and debit cards.

We also accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the option of paying using your credit card or debit card through PayPal. 

If your card's payment processing network is other than Visa and Mastercard, please proceed via Paypal's credit and debit card payment.

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us.

If you want to pay with your credit card or debit card, simply insert your Visa and Mastercard info on our checkout page.

Otherwise, simple select 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' once you have selected PayPal as your preferred payment method at the checkout.

We accept all currencies. However, all of our products are checked out in USD. If you are using a different currency, we will always use the most current exchange rate available.

Credit card will be declined when the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. 

In most cases, customs fees do not apply as we take active steps and measures to ensure that your parcel is free from customs and duties and have covered all available customs and duties. 

However, ROSCE is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country. If there are any charges on the parcel, charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

ROSCE provides complimentary insured worldwide shipping for all orders.

Shipping is free for all domestic and most international orders. In the case where shipping fee is applicable, it would already be a heavily subsidised rate by ROSCE. Shipping rates will be displayed and calculated at the checkout page.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you are unable to find the confirmation email in your inbox, the email may have ended up in your Spam folder. If the email is still missing, you may have accidentally keyed in the wrong email address during your checkout. Email us at hello@roscejewelers.com immediately so we can locate your order and resend your confirmation email.

We will email you your tracking information in a confirmation email once your item is shipped. However, if you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@roscejewelers.com

Once your parcel has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. However, if you’re facing difficulty tracking your parcel or if you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@roscejewelers.com

ORDERS

You will receive a tracking number in your email once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please track your parcel using the tracking number from time to time. You may use the official website (of the courier company) or any independent tracking websites (ie 17track, Aftership, Urbanfox).

If your package is late, please check if the courier company has left any red slip in your mailbox in the case where nobody was home when delivery was attempted. Your parcel is most likely to be waiting for you in your local post office.

If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please email us at hello@roscejewelers.com. Please leave us a clear and detailed message of the error, your name, phone number, and your order number. 

However, if we have processed and shipped out your order within 24 hours, we are unable to allow any changes. Please check our size chart carefully before placing an order.

We'd like to inform customers that all changes to orders must be made known to us via email at hello@roscejewelers.com as soon as possible, preferably within 2 hours from the time the order is placed as we strive to dispatch all our orders as soon as possible on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled upon request as our fulfilment team works very quickly in processing all the orders. If your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to cancel the order. 

Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $20 to cover restocking, handling and shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend... Please shop carefully and confirm the purchase amount at checkout. However we will be able to provide you a bigger discount code for your next order, just contact us via email at hello@roscejewelers.com with your order number.

ROSCE is not responsible for any delivery that is lost or stolen in-transit. If you receive a notification from us or the courier company that your parcel has been successfully delivered but you did not receive anything, kindly proceed to file for theft with the courier company within 24 hours. 

If the item(s) is damaged during transit please contact your local post office immediately (within 24 hours) for further assistance, then contact us at hello@roscejewelers.com. Do attach pictures of the received item to facilitate assessment. Any request for return of damaged items after 48 hours from the time you got your package will not be entertained under any circumstances.

ROSCE JEWELERS

Nope, no bricks & mortar for us. We run everything on our website exclusively in order to eliminate the extra costs that comes with physical storefronts (rent, staff, insurance) as well as the presence of middlemen and agents. 

We recommend that you sign up for our mailing list. We only send necessary information such as restocking dates, new arrivals, early bird prices, coupon codes, sweepstakes and sales.
