Shipping & Delivery

ROSCE ships to all countries worldwide.

Shipping is free for all domestic and most international orders. In the case where shipping fee is applicable, it would already be a heavily subsidised rate by ROSCE. Shipping rates will be displayed and calculated at the checkout page.

Delivery is made Monday to Saturday at working hours. We strive to get everything dispatched out of the warehouse and shipped into the local mail stream as quickly as possible. We do not ship out orders on weekends and public holidays. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.

If you will not be at home to receive your package, we recommend an alternative address (ie office address). If you refuse to pick-up or accept your package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our international warehouse address. This, together with a penalty fee for rejected parcel imposed by the courier company, will be deducted from your refund. If the total cost exceeds the cost of product, your refund will be voided.

Please double check on all personal and postage details when completing your order as ROSCE does not take responsibility for failed deliveries due to insufficient shipping information.

Processing Time: The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. 

Delays: In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen. 

Separate Shipments: We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Custom Fees: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. ROSCE is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
